Terms and Conditions
PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order. Any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled.
By Jodi does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a carrier failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
By purchasing from this site, you agree to our policies.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause.
Shipping and Proccessing Times
Please allow up to 7 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept returns, but do allow exchanges for size. If there are any issues with your order please contact us through our contact page on our site.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to By Jodi LLC at 3100 E Charleston Blvd, Suite 111, Las Vegas, NV 89104. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no exchange will be issued.
***All exchanges must be received by By Jodi within 7 days of receipt of your package.***
We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.
Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by us and returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for exchanges.
When exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate size you would like to exchange for. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process. Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them.
Copying any By Jodi designs is a direct violation of the International Copyright Law. All designs are copyrighted and owned by By Jodi Pedri LLC.
